Dan Wilson's Your Man! I visited Wills Chev in Dec 2015 from out-of-province to test drive their 2016 Volt. This is a very rare vehicle and most dealers/sales consultants k I visited Wills Chev in Dec 2015 from out-of-province to test drive their 2016 Volt. This is a very rare vehicle and most dealers/sales consultants know very little about these cars. Dan provided excellent service by letting the car speak for itself (many people looking to buy this particular car already know a lot about it), he answered all of our questions and looked up what he didn't know. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't smooooth - he was just there for us and that's exactly what I want in a sales consultant. A few weeks later, I contacted him about locating a particular Volt from anywhere in Canada (particularly Ontario). His continued efforts to provide excellent service in this regard exceeded my expectations. In the end, I bought my Volt from a dealership in BC, while living in SK, but if it wasn't for the help from Dan Wilson in ON it wouldn't have happened. Now if only GM could do something about their Volt supply/demand/pricing problem . . . Thanks, Dan - I'll be back! More

Terrible Sales Department Happy with the service department so far as they have provided excellent service and have been accommodating. However, the sales department have still not resolved an issue from over a year ago with my new ordered vehicle. I was sold a vehicle with options that were misleading and now they refuse to come back with options to fix the problem. I am still waiting for the sales manager who has taken this over from Dan Wilson. I am reasonable and just want them to remediate the options that were promised and were not delivered on. Don't recommend the sales department at all. More
