Dealership is a joke! I don't live close to Wills Chevrolet and was looking for a specific vehicle that Wills Chevrolet had on their lot. I have been a GM customer for many I don't live close to Wills Chevrolet and was looking for a specific vehicle that Wills Chevrolet had on their lot. I have been a GM customer for many years and have used the same dealership for over 20 years. My dealership offered to dealer trade for the vehicle I wanted for a level up of the same vehicle. Wills Chevrolet informed my dealership that the car was not available and sold. I sent an email to Wills Chevrolet telling them that I was interested in the vehicle and they told me it was available so I asked them if they would dealer trade. They told me that they wouldn't dealer trade the car for me but had no issues selling me the car directly. I thought we were all working toward the same goal of selling GM vehicles to support GM so we can keep people working and support their families. Wills Chevrolet seems to be out for themselves and not for the GM Customer unless the customer deals with the directly. Thanks Wills Chevrolet for looking out for yourselves! More

Dan Wilson's Your Man! I visited Wills Chev in Dec 2015 from out-of-province to test drive their 2016 Volt. This is a very rare vehicle and most dealers/sales consultants k I visited Wills Chev in Dec 2015 from out-of-province to test drive their 2016 Volt. This is a very rare vehicle and most dealers/sales consultants know very little about these cars. Dan provided excellent service by letting the car speak for itself (many people looking to buy this particular car already know a lot about it), he answered all of our questions and looked up what he didn't know. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't smooooth - he was just there for us and that's exactly what I want in a sales consultant. A few weeks later, I contacted him about locating a particular Volt from anywhere in Canada (particularly Ontario). His continued efforts to provide excellent service in this regard exceeded my expectations. In the end, I bought my Volt from a dealership in BC, while living in SK, but if it wasn't for the help from Dan Wilson in ON it wouldn't have happened. Now if only GM could do something about their Volt supply/demand/pricing problem . . . Thanks, Dan - I'll be back! More

However, the sales department have still not resolved an issue from over a year ago with my new ordered vehicle. I was sold a vehicle with options that were misleading and now they refuse to come back with options to fix the problem. I am still waiting for the sales manager who has taken this over from Dan Wilson. I am reasonable and just want them to remediate the options that were promised and were not delivered on. Don't recommend the sales department at all. More
