They will talk in loops, over share and then pressure you for your money. They promised me one thing but I got something else. When I said they lied to me they threw me from manager to manager and didn’t even care, just wasted my time. Always say NO unless shown EXACTLY what they promised you. We did a scheduled service in January 2023 and went for oil change. After checking they came up with other issues which I found to be non-essential later like changing the coolent as it was not changed for oil change. After checking they came up with other issues which I found to be non-essential later like changing the coolent as it was not changed for a while and changing other oil etc. I beleive these additional services were just pushed at a point where you are not given any option as it seems urgent. Anyhow we agreed and despite offering some discount there were again some issues as the finance person was not agreeing. Its been a couple of weeks now recently I wanted to check the wiper fluid level and when I opened the bonnet could see that my air filter intake pipe was totally missing. Now I am at a loss I did not take the car anywhere else after the service. During the service if it was missing they would have notified me but they did not which I find unusual as they would not miss such a chance to sell me parts. Now I am wondering how to resolve this as I fear they would say it was not their fault or responsibility after I taken the car. More
