He listened to what I was looking for, he paid extremely close attention to what I was asking for, and not once did he try and push or pressure me into buying anything. If I could give it zero stars I would ! Went to take a look at a used Jeep and when approached by a salesman (won't mention his name) and told him straight out what we wanted. He immediatel Went to take a look at a used Jeep and when approached by a salesman (won't mention his name) and told him straight out what we wanted. He immediately got into financing questions, told him we had it all sorted and just wanted to look at the used Jeep. Kept trying to tell us that we could probably get better rates buying new. We told him it didn't matter we just wanted to see the vehicle and had our financing in order. He kept telling us our financing didn't seem right, didn't really matter what he thought, we had it sorted out. After several attempts he finally took us into the showroom to look up what they had used, found what we were looking for and instead of taking us to see the car he went straight back into talking about the better financing they could offer if we bought new. Were there for at least 30 mins and never once did we see not even one new new or used vehicle. Interestingly, we went down the road to Langley Chrysler and the salesman we spoke to knew exactly who we were talking about ! Would never return to this dealer nor we I ever recommend anyone ! More
