My experience at willowbrook Chrysler I purchased my vehicle brand new at willowbrook Chrysler in the summer of 2016 and I have had nothing but negative experiences since then. There was a I purchased my vehicle brand new at willowbrook Chrysler in the summer of 2016 and I have had nothing but negative experiences since then. There was a promotion for a free tv when I bought my vehicle that was "out of stock" when I bought my car. I have called multiple times to ask when I can pick it up. And also gone into the dealer only to be given some excuse why I can't have it that day... The first two visits I spent almost 5 hours total at the dealer waiting for different people to fill out my paperwork. When I finally purchased my vehicle and left I had to go back the next day as the financing dept had incorrectly filled out my paperwork and my payment schedule was in correct. About two weeks later I received a letter in the mail that my insurance had not gone through. The person doing there on site insurance had double registered my vehicle and I had to drive back down there and wait for 2 hours while they corrected my mistake. Not to mention I did not receive a phone call about this issue. After having my vehicle for a month or so I was driving on the highway and was forced to brake hard. My passenger seat on my brand new vehicle lifted completely off the floor and flew into my dash. When I pulled over to look it had not even been screwed down into the floor. They made me wait over two weeks to bring my vehicle in to have this fixed and when I arrived. No apology and still no tv. Nobody has returned any of my calls. This is an extremely unprofessional group of people. I would never go back and I will continue to spread the word about my experience to everyone who's looking to buy a vehicle More
