Customer Service Never Heard of it.. Very disappointed in the customer service with this dealership and I haven't even stepped foot inside of it yet. - Heard about a new promotion the Very disappointed in the customer service with this dealership and I haven't even stepped foot inside of it yet. - Heard about a new promotion they are having (Tour Europe) so I check out their website for details only to find there are none. You must send them your name email and phone number to get more information. So I bite and request more information. Next day I miss a phone call from the salesman, he then texts me saying to call him or he can email more information to me. I text back requesting information by email as I'm not yet ready to speak to sales without knowing the details of the promo. - Wait 24hrs no response so I email the dealership again via the website request for more information. This time no response at all. - I wait till they have been open a few hours the next day then call the dealership asking for information on the promotion. I get passed to 3 different people before being told that a Sales Manager will call me back within 5mins with all the details of the promotion. It's now been over 2.5hrs since that 5mins was up and still no call from anyone or email. Put the details of the promo on the website if sales staff aren't willing to hand out the information. Myself like many others often want to learn the details before talking directly to a salesperson. Also do not tell someone they will receive a phone call in 5mins when you cannot commit to the time frame. Tell the person someone will get back to you shortly or before end of day.... I found myself very interested in this promotion but the fact that no one is willing to call me or email me regarding this makes me feel as though my business is not a priority to this dealership. More
