Honest and welcome atmosphere We live in Oshawa and like many families a vehicle is a huge purchase with weeks of comparing and test driving . It was a Sunday night around 930 when I sent an email to inquire about a 2011 journey at Williamson Chrysler in Uxbridge I figured I would hear back in a few days my experience was if I was emailed back by dealerships it would take that long if at all. Wow 10 min and Eden Wood emailed back I was blown away she continued to explain all the details about the vehicle . I had no vehicle at the time she even offered to bring it to me for a test drive . We finally got to Uxbridge on the Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend we where cutting it close due to our circumstances. We put a deposit down Craig Fitzpatrick took amazing care of us in the finance and warranty department we felt he had our best interest at heart. A firm handshake from him made us feel secure . We had felt previously at other dealership s pressured and like we where wasting their time . Not here I will continue to drive 40 minutes for the feeling of being treated like we where special even my daughter felt special. Wonderful company I can't say enough we will be buying our next vehicle there as well . Hats off you all deserve it every employee. More

I have never written a dealership review in my life I went to Williamsons to test drive a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel. I went on the test drive with Blayne who asked me questions about what I wanted the truck I went to Williamsons to test drive a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel. I went on the test drive with Blayne who asked me questions about what I wanted the truck for and how much I drove. At the end of the drive Blayne had talked me out of buying this vehicle pointing out that a diesel was likely not a good fit for me. This is the first time in my dealership experience that a sales person had talked me out of buying a vehicle. I thanked Blayne and was up front with him that I was going to another dealership to look at their vehicles. When I went to this other dealership the experience could not have been more different. Once I walked in the door the sales pressure was incredible. The salesman was pushing diesel trucks and suggested test driving one. I told him I was not interested until my wife was available to try it as well and he said he would bring his ipad and she could watch via skype....... unbelievable. Once I was able to free myself from this dealership the phone calls started. And not one or two ....... many. Eventually I had to block the number. A couple of days later I received an email from Blayne asking about my trip to the other dealership. We ended up talking on the phone and I ultimately bought my very first brand new 2016 Ram 2500 6.4 litre Limited for around the same price as the used 2015 Ram I had originally test drove . To add to this I received a very fair trade in value on my trade in that negated any haggling. I was very impressed with Blayne and his effort to find the right vehicle for me ...... plus, no sales pressure. When we are ready for our next vehicle I will call Blayne without any hesitation.
