Amazing! I went into the dealer pretty much already sold on another vehicle. However, Eden suggested suggested I take a test drive in a JEEP Cherokee! It was a Sunday night around 930 when I sent an email to inquire about a 2011 journey at Williamson Chrysler in Uxbridge I figured I would hear back in a few days my experience was if I was emailed back by dealerships it would take that long if at all. Wow 10 min and Eden Wood emailed back I was blown away she continued to explain all the details about the vehicle . I had no vehicle at the time she even offered to bring it to me for a test drive . We finally got to Uxbridge on the Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend we where cutting it close due to our circumstances. We put a deposit down Craig Fitzpatrick took amazing care of us in the finance and warranty department we felt he had our best interest at heart. A firm handshake from him made us feel secure . We had felt previously at other dealership s pressured and like we where wasting their time . Not here I will continue to drive 40 minutes for the feeling of being treated like we where special even my daughter felt special. Wonderful company I can't say enough we will be buying our next vehicle there as well . Hats off you all deserve it every employee. More
