Whiteoak Ford is a huge dealership with an enormous inventory of vehicles to choose from, I would say it was well worth the drive from Uxbridge. The dealership is spotlessly clean, well organized and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I was starting to get a poor opinion of ford having purchased two vehicles from elsewhere and having a poor experience. However Dan and Gautam were beyond helpful every step of the way. I was made to feel at home by everyone at the dealership and they all went above and beyond to help me with my situation. The moral of the story is don’t go to any other dealer in town! More

A few areas of improvement - 1) Car came initially with a paint blemish, this should have been spotted in the pre car check, instead of just before it is about to be released to the customer 2) Ford should look to include some of the extra warranty plans in the standard car cost as opposed to optional add ons once car purchased 3) Additional items bought seemed to be a bit last minute - roof bars fitted as I waited, had to ask about rear mats for the boot. More
