Tyler the finance manager was also great to deal with, very personable. went through all my option thoroughly to make sure I had the best information to make a decision. again, no pressure was felt to buy anything be it the car or extended warranties. great overall experience with this dealership. As soon as I walked in I knew! I called WhiteOaks as I was interested in a Ford Escape. I was passed over to Spencer & he answered all my questions & took note of exactly what I was I called WhiteOaks as I was interested in a Ford Escape. The car I originally called for was sold, however there was one available that I wanted to test drive. I arranged to take it for a test drive that same day. As soon as I walked in and saw Spencer’s smile & shook his hand I knew I’d be taken care of from there. What an exceptional young man! His knowledge based on his experience working with Ford is incredible and very comforting. I went to 13 dealers looking for the next move (Honda Toyota, other Ford’s etc.) and I didn’t get the same feeling like I did when I walked into WhiteOaks. You can tell Spencer is honest & genuine and in a world like ours, that’s incredibly hard to find.
