Worst customer experience ever!! Worst Dealership I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. Got quoted $200 for door weatherstripping, got charged $330. That's unacceptable. Paid $100 warranty deductible to have it fixed. When I picked it up it wasn't fixed and they refused to give my money back. They had my vehicle for 6 days. Theirs no reason it shouldn't be fixed. They refuse to work with me at all in resolving this issue. Want me to waste my time, gas and money to bring my truck all the way back there so they can look at it again (I live an hour away). I understand people make mistakes, but do something to make it right!! Why do I have to pay for their mistake?? More
