Lying to customers I brought my car in after a rear rim and tire sustained minor damage, as I had purchased protection insurance, I was told no problem, we’ll replace th I brought my car in after a rear rim and tire sustained minor damage, as I had purchased protection insurance, I was told no problem, we’ll replace the rim. I was then told by the service technician that they were unable to put a new rim on a damaged tire. After weeks of delays, price misquotes (price for a new tire went from $200 to $450) and attempts at up selling (encouraging me to buy 4 winter tires at for the low low price of $2400) I finally told the service centre to put the damaged rim back on the damaged tire and that I would take my car elsewhere. Low and behold magically they were now able to put a new rim on a damaged tire. In addition to this, I received a call from the dealership just last week telling me how they had an unnamed (and likely imaginary) customer who was interested in purchasing a pre owned version of my car and were wondering if I would interested in purchasing yet another car from them. This after I received no response from either VW or the dealership after filing a complaint related to the first debacle. I tell anyone and everyone who will listen to avoid this dealership, practices such as outright lying to a customer and continued attempts at up-selling should not be rewarded More
Terrible Experience Put a deposit on a Jetta GLI they had in. Salesman couldn't get his story straight about the damage, and he and the Sales Manager tried to convince me to stay in any means possible. Nearly didn't return my deposit when I said the car was nowhere near the condition they reported it was. Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. More

The ones I had issue with were the General Manager Rob Ferguson and Financial Service specialist David Johnson. David quoted a lower price over the phone which i wrote down. When I went to see him he bumped the price by $200-$300. Didn't realise this till I went home to check the figures etc. David is a very narcissistic person who likes to brag about himself which put a bad taste in my mouth. This is supposed to a reputable car dealership not a sleazy second hand dealership. When we wanted to point this error out the general manager had no plans to amend anything and just send us back our deposit. I was fine not going through with the sale with it being so dishonest and dodgy. Tony saved the sale by calling us back to apologise and fixing the price. The car itself has been great but I would never buy from here ever again. More
