I told him I had no wants to purchase a car that day he got me into a jeep Wagoneer launch S. I tried it out. My wife really liked it. I liked it. He told me that the range on it was really good. The battery was reliable. The warranty was fantastic. We had this vehicle for 20 days and it had a catastrophic transmission breakdown leaving us stranded in Revelstoke for four days. It’s been over two months and I’m still waiting for reimbursement on my rental car as it is part of my warranty I paid extra for this warranty, the manager, Pieter S has been telling me for weeks now that he’s talking to the higher-ups to see what my options are and what my numbers are. We recently went in to discuss what my options are, and the only option he offered me was to lose $15,000 off my brand new car that’s only a month old as well as I would have to lose my warranty. I’ve had this car for two months. It had a catastrophic breakdown leaving me stranded the EV charge port got plugged and would not open up not allowing me to charge the vehicle for two days on two occasions the GPS on the dash cluster behind the steering wheel glitches out I took videos and showed them. I’ve had this thing looked at reset and updated and it still is messed up. I’ve tried to get this car. I’ve been contacting Cheap as this is a lemon. There’s multiple things wrong with it. The stereo vibrates and it sounds like xxxx. The mileage on the dashboard is inaccurate the charge times they tell you about this vehicle are also inaccurate. They failed to tell you that if you were to take this on a road trip hot weather cold weather as well as half of the ports around the city don’t work. Overall, this thing cost me $100,000. I was stuck in this vehicle. They would not buy it back from me without taking a big loss. They would not reimburse my rental car even though it’s part of the warranty that I paid for. I’ve been told multiple times that I would get a callback and never get a call back. I have to consistently text them and call them. Overall, this is a terrible dealership under terrible management. I feel scammed and frustrated that nobody will help me at this company and I keep getting the runaround. I went to Willowbrook Dodge and they bought my crappy Wagoneer off of me for a great price as well as put me in a new vehicle which my current dealership would not do. Do not go to White Rock Dodge go to Willowbrook Dodge go see Gill or Sebastian. More

I've been in the shop 4 times since October for major issues with the 2018 Jeep Compass. First stop/start issues, then the vehicle went into limp mode and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, then the power transfer unit needed to be replaced (costing me almost $3000) and now after taking it into a different shop they let me know that one of the tie rods are busted and they should have seen that first thing when they gave me a wheel alignment. I sent an email to the general manager who got back to me the next day. He said he'd come up with a few resolutions for me and email me the next day. Haven't heard back from him since our phone call. This dealership isn't trustworthy. More

Avoid White Rock Dodge at all costs. My experience with them was a nightmare. In September 2024, my 2019 Dodge Ram’s front differential blew after I used my spare tire. When I towed my truck to White Rock Dodge, they flat-out refused to submit the claim under my extended warranty, which covers major components like the differential. Instead, they pinned the blame on me, demanding I pay $6,000+ out of pocket. Jerrod first claimed "it may have been caused because there was no fluid in the differential"—until I showed him proof that there was. Then, their service manager Rod accused me of driving on a completely worn-out spare tire for weeks (a lie confirmed by my mechanic who found 60% tread left on the tire). When I told him the spare was only used for an hour, he would not listen and insinuated I am a liar, yet he wouldn’t call any of the three people who were with me that would have told him the same story because it was true. The accusations kept changing, and Rod eventually claimed the differential blew because I didn’t service it at 45,000 km and 90,000 km, despite NO recommendation ever being made by their service team, not once verbally or in writing. Rod’s response? He insinuated I was lying again and insisted they recommended the service because “his team are professionals.” The only thing they are professionals at is being dishonest and blaming customers for mechanical failures. Rod then told me to consider trading in my truck due to the high repair costs and had me meet with sales, who offered me a ridiculous $15,000 for a truck that has $17,000 owing. This was clearly an attempt to take advantage of me and to take my truck for free. Just a year ago, I was offered $35,000. This proved just how unethical and shady this dealership is. I ended up having my truck towed to a reputable shop, where the mechanic said, and I quote, "they screwed you" and "their service team has blinders on." They also confirmed Chrysler is selling 13-15 differentials per month locally, which shows the differential failure is a common issue with this model. This makes it even more astonishing they would blame the owner. White Rock Dodge service team didn’t even notice that my brakes were 2mm away from metal on metal and did not recommend servicing my brakes. I emailed their General Manager, Kam, telling him about my experience, he did not even reply. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a toy car let alone a real vehicle. They do not care about their customers and will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. I will be taking my story to the local news to warn others. Stay far away from this place. More
Peter Szigeti was by far one of the worst and dishonest dealer wheeler to deal with. We agreed on a used Toyota Sequoia after his inspection came as"ALL GOOD" so he said. I asked him many times please look closer I don't want to drive for no reason and waste my time, tell me in advance if I will be disappointed when i see the car, no no you will love it I'm one of the best here my rating is near 5 stars we only sell premium vehicles here, so i drove from Kelowna with a check only to find a can of worms. Leaking valve cover gaskets on both sides of the engine, leaking roof and damaged, radio antenna taped to the roof with a scotch tape, power door locks not working, multiple gouges on the vehicle which he called oh its just a tree sap. A total disappointment at this point so he offered to fix all of these things and call me back when the vehicle was ready and they will deliver it to me in kelowna.. so I left empty handed and waited but nobody called ofcourse and when I called he didn't answer nor called back. I called management and its the same thing we'll take your name and number and we will make sure a management will call you back... nothing doing...They're in it to take your cash and don't care if you don't know the lemons its your problem if you bought one... I do not recommend this dealership based solely on the sales rep we were given. He was by far the most rude and condescending car sales rep we’ve ever met. He lied on multiple occasions and then when we would call him out on said lie, he would lie AGAIN. He treated us like we were stupid and was incredibly offensive. He told us that he was doing us a favour and actually saving us money by selling us an electric car, because we won’t be spending money on gas anymore. Sorry, what??? After being told our max budget a dozen times, he had the audacity to tell us that we should be able to afford to spend more on said car because “that’s what he spends on groceries each week.” Once we had finally had enough, we told him that he has offended us on multiple occasions and this man wouldn’t even let us tell him how he offended us! He cut us off every time we tried to speak. The fact that he hadn’t lost our business yet and he wasn’t even going to try to rectify the situation says so much about how he treats his customers. He ended the call with “go buy a car from somewhere else then” which we will gladly do!! Due to his behaviour, we will never return and definitely won’t be referring friends or family. All of this being said, Ashish was the exact opposite. He was very kind, understanding and treated us like equals. If we had just dealt with him, we would have happily given them our business. More
Our 2022 dodge Ram broke down weeks after purchase , truck is under manufacture warranty and they cannot fix it. If you want to be treated like garbage as soon as you leave the lot and lose $1300/m on a truck that isn’t even fit for sale then look no further More
