Techs screwed up a simple key programming and key cutting.Told to come back next time in the area.Went in and met with a service writer with a crappy attitude and starts going off telling me to make cutting.Told to come back next time in the area.Went in and met with a service writer with a crappy attitude and starts going off telling me to make an appointment..I went to a more reputable dealership who didn't have attitude and quickly and professionally had my key programmed. May of cost me another 85.00 but White Rock Dodge is still the same crappy dealership they were when it was Haley.Old dogs don't learn new tricks.They just change their names.. More
