Love Whitby Toyota. But my last visit was my first disappointment. The appointment was 30 minutes late. And they didn’t wash my car which I’ve come to expect from Whitby Toyota as a Gold standard. All oil changes done on my RAV4 have been imperfect. Oil drip afterwards indicating residual oil is not thoroughly cleaned up despite previous verbal and written concerns. This review is stickily related to the service department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay.
