The service at this dealership is at the top of the chart for me. The staffs are always friendly and they treat their customers with respect and there are no discrimination. I would, without hesitation, recommend Whitby Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Although the time I spent with Whitby Toyota after purchasing my car was short before I moved to BC, I can anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Although the time I spent with Whitby Toyota after purchasing my car was short before I moved to BC, I can say with certainty that Burt in parts always went above and beyond for me to ensure that any parts I was looking for for my new car were available in a timely fashion, including my new hood rock deflector. His humour and knowledge were priceless to me! Rashid, the advisor who sold me my car, was also very knowledgable and professional while I went through the experience of buying a car for the first time. I continue to appreciate and miss their service and if I could teleport my car back to Whitby for oil changes, I would! More
