Initial contact with Sales Manager Chris Draganidis, the only manager I've ever met who put me completely at ease that he was a straight shooter. Tony Khoury, my sales rep, took great care of me, going to the Manager of Used Car Sales to get me a fair trade in value. It's nice to leave a dealership, especially as a woman, feeling like the team looked out for you and got you the best deal. I visited a couple other dealerships for this new car, and this experience was not only financially fair, but I left feeling respected and that it was a win for both sides. More

I would, without hesitation, recommend Whitby Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Although the time I spent with Whitby Toyota after purchasing my car was short before I moved to BC, I can anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Although the time I spent with Whitby Toyota after purchasing my car was short before I moved to BC, I can say with certainty that Burt in parts always went above and beyond for me to ensure that any parts I was looking for for my new car were available in a timely fashion, including my new hood rock deflector. His humour and knowledge were priceless to me! Rashid, the advisor who sold me my car, was also very knowledgable and professional while I went through the experience of buying a car for the first time. I continue to appreciate and miss their service and if I could teleport my car back to Whitby for oil changes, I would! More
