From the way clients are organized to go in the service bay and greeted on arrival, to estimate of time and cost, I usually find Whitby Toyota to be clean, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Friendly staffs, does very good services except one item: I bought a set of 4 snow tires with alloy rims from this store 4 years ago. I have to go back 50% of the time to have them program the tire pressure I bought a set of 4 snow tires with alloy rims from this store 4 years ago. I have to go back 50% of the time to have them program the tire pressure sensors which was always written on the work order paper. Very frustrating as I have to drive 45 min to have this done. More
