The dealership is just too busy, employees herd you around like livestock animals especially when your dropping your vehicle off. The employees are friendly enough however the personal feeling and Cust around like livestock animals especially when your dropping your vehicle off. Maybe I’m old school or just getting old but I don’t get that fuzzy feeling inside that makes me want to come back to Whitby Toyota.( unless I have to ) I own 2 Toyota vehicles the second one not purchased at Whitby for the reasons mentioned above. Rashid made us feel comfortable in choosing our car. We never felt rushed or forced into making a quick decision. He was very personable when most sales people only have there eye on the numbers. From the way clients are organized to go in the service bay and greeted on arrival, to estimate of time and cost, I usually find Whitby Toyota to be clean, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Friendly staffs, does very good services except one item: I bought a set of 4 snow tires with alloy rims from this store 4 years ago. I have to go back 50% of the time to have them program the tire pressure I bought a set of 4 snow tires with alloy rims from this store 4 years ago. I have to go back 50% of the time to have them program the tire pressure sensors which was always written on the work order paper. Very frustrating as I have to drive 45 min to have this done. More
