We were happy with our sales rep, Sharon Gravel, and appreciated her expertise and competence. We had sent several emails in the month of our car's arrival, as we wanted to pick up the winter tires an appreciated her expertise and competence. But despite all the requests to make sure everything was ready, they were not available, on back order. So another 30 minute drive each way. Pleased that the heavier Highlander is actually giving us the same mileage as the previous Venza, as promised. The dealership has a really poor voice mail/telephone system, hard to reach someone, and instead of voice mail you end up on hold, unable to leave a message. Very frustrating. More

I brought my car to the dealership for a regular 16,000 km maintenance. I was told I was also booked in for two Toyota recalls. After my two hour wait when my car was ready, I was told that Cameron had to km maintenance. I was told I was also booked in for two Toyota recalls. I now have to return to the dealership for another visit. It is almost 30 minutes from my home to the dealership so it is inconvenient for me. More
