We had our 32K service for 2023 Rav4 hybrid at Toyota Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” a Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” and i would need to pay an extra $45 for then to remove it for the labor costs as they alleged it would take “longer time period”. In all, it took them Less than 5 mins to remove and there was no consideration for this short time frame. It felt like a money grab from the service person. We have bought 2 cars from this dealer and have had multiple services previously. I would not recommend getting your service here. More

Bandula, the sales representative, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question with patience. The manager, Richard, was equally impressive. He was calm, polite, and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. The car was delivered right on time, which I really appreciated.
