My car dealer was amazing, the service team there is amazing. The finance guy rashid was horrible. First time car buyer and he made it miserable. Basically was trying to do everything he could to sell m amazing. The finance guy rashid was horrible. First time car buyer and he made it miserable. Basically was trying to do everything he could to sell me his packages even after saying no multiple times. Tried selling me a package and told me it would LOWER my monthly finance rate, after reading the fine print i realized that it would lower the monthly rate but extend my finance by an entire year...thanks for trying to scam someone who is new to this. Then told me by not purchasing packages it would hinder my chances of get approved for the car.. i later learned that his package had nothing to do with get approved for a car, This man needs to stop trying to scam customers. Everyone else at Toyota was amazing More
