Parting with my 2004 Toyota Highlander was such sweet sorrow. Whitby Toyota's service department had been instrumental in my Highlander making it to the ripe old age of 468,000 km. They were always honest with me about what my Highlander needed and what could wait. So it was a no brainer to call their sales department when the time came. I called to book an appointment for a test drive. Hayden Iles, Product Advisor promptly called me back. He was polite and courteous right from the start. My appointment was scheduled for early on a Saturday morning. When I got there, Hayden was there and he was ready. He provided excellent customer service. He listened, he heard me and answered all my questions. He took the time and made sure he really understood what I was looking for. We went for a test drive in a 2017 Rav4 I had seen in their inventory. I loved the car right from the start. It was exactly what I was looking for, off lease, low mileage, no accidents and in my price range. There was no pressure from Hayden he just patiently continued to answer my questions. This excellence continued when I spoke with Richard Sookoor about purchasing options. Richard made things clear and he too cheerfully answered all my questions. I even got a little on the trade in for my Highlander. Within less than 2 hours I had a new car. Yay! When I went to pick up my new Rav4 the following Wednesday, it looked brand spanking new inside and out. I'm sorry I can't recall the person's name who did the detailing. Thank-you for paying such close attention to detail. Hayden did give you a shout out to me. When I sat in my new Rav4, I found that Hayden had the car settings adjusted to my liking. He heard me. It was perfect. I didn't have to adjust anything. I've had the car for 2 weeks and absolutely love it. I was sorry to see the old car go but it was time. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you Hayden for making my car purchase experience as seamless and stress free as possible. More

This review is stickily related to the service department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited 1.5 hours. I would told they didn't pull the tires out of storage the day before like they said they would. I would not recommend this service department to anyone who values their time. More
