Not having purchased a vehicle since 2009, I foresaw the prospect of finding a car to suit my needs rather daunting but any hesitation I had quickly disappeared. I am going to be taking my 2019 Suburu Forrester to a private garage for service. I have read too many bad reviews by customers so i cannot trust them anymore to do my service. I was there with my 2015 Subaru Forester to fix a rattle issue coming from the exhaust shield. They removed the part(s) and replaced the manifold (why?) charging me over $300 and now when I turned the steer issue coming from the exhaust shield. They removed the part(s) and replaced the manifold (why?) charging me over $300 and now when I turned the steering wheel I am hearing a friction noise coming from underbody. I asked them to fix it but the service manager keep postpone me arguing that they are short of stuff. Is this my issue? I was at the dealer confident that they know what they doing beside charging $150/h and up. I have big doubts now. More
