There is something fishy with the service department I would avoid going here for any car service, They have excellent sales services but when it comes to servicing your car dont go here! If you want to think the following is a coincident is up to you, It has never happend to me before and whether this place is "bad luck" Ill avoid it all together. 2022 - Oilchange + tire swap = " You have a Nail on your side wall tire, you need a new tire" = will cost you $600 (new tire needed next season) 2023 - Oilchange + tire swap = " You have a Nail on your side wall tire, You need a new tire " will cost you $600 (new tire needed next season) Funny thing is this car is stored in a closed garage and this Year i only used it for less 1000km as I work abroad. (I know that puntures can happen anytime and thats where you cant reallly argue) I had an odd feeling the first time it happened and but was really hoping I was jumping to conclusions..2 times in a row I would be foolish to go back here again. More
Service department is a bunch of lying scam artists. Charged me well over $300 to "fix" the brakes on my car which were just inspected a couple of weeks prior by an independent mechanic and no issues we Charged me well over $300 to "fix" the brakes on my car which were just inspected a couple of weeks prior by an independent mechanic and no issues were found. The brakes have always worked perfectly with no issues. But they told me I had to pay it to get the safety certification to buy out the car from my lease. They knew exactly what they were doing. Just milking me for any bit of money they could since they knew I was never coming back again, and that I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted to keep the car. The technicians also left their personal garbage in my car TWICE. Avoid this dump like the plague. Most crooked dealership I've ever dealt with. More

Excellent help from Darryl in the service department for my 2020 Forester. Last week my Forester would start but turned itself off a few times so I wanted Subaru to check it over. I had purchased an extend my 2020 Forester. Last week my Forester would start but turned itself off a few times so I wanted Subaru to check it over. I had purchased an extended warranty at Whitby Subaru so towing to the dealership didn’t cost me anything out of pocket. Darryl in the service department explained everything that was being checked and 2 service technicians looked over and tested the systems on my vehicle to assure me my Forester is in excellent shape and once again running perfectly. I take excellent care of my Subaru so it’s very important that the people who maintain it are meticulous. Whitby Subaru services exceeded my expectations and the service team has been honest and trustworthy. More
Recently bought a 2019 limited outback with less 50000km . Upon pickup all the previous owner information remained in the info system. Not great for privacy. Within less than month the entire information system went black. So left car with dealership in london. They had to before an update. So likely missed. I had to call whitby to get them pay for this as London dealership says not covered. Loss car for entire day plus had to deal with both dealerships to get this paid. So I decided to review my 152 point inspection. Ooops guess they forgot to provide this too. Another call to dealer. Since its winter I didnt test my AC . Well we got a crazy heat spell in April. Turn on air no work. Back to the dealer in whitby. Well 300 to refill and they want to due an entire test which would.be over 1k. So a car with less than 3k on car less than 90 days old no AC for a car over 30k. Tara the Service.manager insisted not her issue. Her demeanor and lack of willingness to work with a new customer was apparent. We left. Clearly the AC was an issue prior to buying the car and they dont care. More
After-service has been horrible. Working with Tara (Service Manager) has not been a good experience and frankly bad enough I'll be reaching out to Subaru Canada. We bought a 2019 Cro Working with Tara (Service Manager) has not been a good experience and frankly bad enough I'll be reaching out to Subaru Canada. We bought a 2019 CrossTek LE, so after we drove it off the lot and with less than 3O00 km and within 45 days it's been in the shop twice. Including faulty AC and the entire Subaru Infosytem blacking out on the 401. Not to worry as Whitby Subra Tara says that's a Subaru Canada issue on the info center and they tested the AC by turning the defrost on. That's what 30K gets you we turn the knob on. Did I mention they also forget to provide their 152-point inspection. And after providing it some items missed and its not even signed. They have taken no reasonable responsibility here at all. for a 30K dollar plus car less than 3000KM. Use extreme caution here on buying used cars and the service .
