Purchase experience was good. Delivery experience was horrible. Ignored by the salesman. Vehicle was covered in dust. If you want to buy a Honda go to this dealership and ask for Nick Mohr. I was a walk in with no appointment, I feel this is important to say as I never felt from anyone at this dealership that I put any for Nick Mohr. I simply said to reception I am interested in buying a car, Nick Mohr was with me in minutes, ready to help. Nick was easy to talk too, very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. The other associates at Honda were also very helpful, Paul Van Huss looked after me for other matters and I appreciated his kind nature. The days before picking up my car Nick Mohr stayed in contact with me insuring I had all the proper insurance and paperwork. Being as I was alone a shuttle was sent to pick me up so I could drive my new car home.. and behind the wheel was Nick, I feel this is above and beyond and greatly appreciated. Nick went through the car and it’s many features like a champ and assures me if I have any questions with this vehicle that I can call him. I would and will buy from this dealership again and ask for Nick. More
