Not convinced! ! Brought my new Civic in for its first oil change. The 2 Lube technicians working on my vehicle stripped a screw that holds up my vehicle’s skid plat ! Brought my new Civic in for its first oil change. The 2 Lube technicians working on my vehicle stripped a screw that holds up my vehicle’s skid plate. If I had not been present during the service my vehicle would have left the dealership with a missing screw without being informed. I’m now booked in for an inconvenient service appointment for a mechanic to have a look and access the damage. I’m concerned with knowledge and integrity of the dealer staff and technicians. More
