We showed up with 3 cars in mind and left with a completely different option that was better for our needs and the same price as the most conservative option we were looking at. Worst dealership ever! Lied about every process that happened for the lease buyout of my vehicle. Service department tried to claim I authorized work after I was very clear that I would only do work that was absolutely required to pass safety. Not even sure the work they said needed to be done was legitimate. Didn't trust them to begin with and they absolutely lived up to that. They don't deserve the one star required to make a review.
