As a senior, I had certain items on my wish list and Trevor patiently listened, suggested best options, and finally put me in a vehicle that is perfect for my needs and fit within my budget. David walked me through the financing and Fara seamlessly coordinated the delivery of my Honda CR-V. I would highly recommend WOH - they went above and beyond in every aspect! More
Disgusting Dealership. I went to the dealership for an air conditioning problem and they had told me I need a compressor replacement. This has been over a month and I haven't heard back from them regarding compressor arrival. Why do they give customers fake promises when they can't keep up on their promises. We really liked that he did not try to pressure us into buying, he truly tried to help us buy something we would be happy with for the whole family. We will definitely go see him again in 6-12 months when it's time to replace our second vehicle. More
one of the most Dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with. I regret buying their lies that they will get new car in before other dealerships in ontario. they made me travel over an hour drive under fal with. I regret buying their lies that they will get new car in before other dealerships in ontario. they made me travel over an hour drive under false pretense of being able to deliver new cars this summer. well 4 months have passed, and they refuse to call me back with any details ! they do not even call back when multiple msges left. finally was able to get a hold of the general manager, and he tells me Honda has changed their programs and I should come in to discuss another car/deal ! do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealership, which is ruining the face of one of the best car brands. When asked for my deposit back, they are playing games, and when i insist on Contactless refund of my deposit they have refused. More
I made an appointment in June for July 18, 2022 at 10:00am. I received 4 email and text reminders of the appointment time. Upon arrival Honda service representative informed me that the vehicle would 10:00am. I received 4 email and text reminders of the appointment time. Upon arrival Honda service representative informed me that the vehicle would be ready 4-5pm and they were not beginning the service at 10:00am. Further, they do not have the product required to repair the recall area, so it was an inspection only, and I have to make a second appointment if further service is required. This is completely unacceptable. I lost the use of my vehicle for a complete business day. And I may have to do it all again because of poor planning by your parts/product people. Not one of the appointment reminders advised of the delay or non-service of my vehicle. Your system is seriously flawed and no one will take ownership of the negative impact on your customer. Your service advisor acknowledges the problem. The dealership knows the problem. But no one at Honda has the fortitude to do anything about it. Shameful and substandard. More

Worst customer service ever. On Wed. July 6 my husband & I test drove a RAV4. We put down a $1000 deposit to buy conditional on Whitby Honda detailing the vehicle to get rid of On Wed. July 6 my husband & I test drove a RAV4. We put down a $1000 deposit to buy conditional on Whitby Honda detailing the vehicle to get rid of the overpowering stench of cigarette smoke. Our salesperson told us the car would be cleaned and that we would have an opportunity to check the car prior to picking the vehicle up on Fri at the earliest, or on Sat at the latest. We signed the purchase order & our salesperson advised us he was off on Thurs but someone would contact us on Thurs to come into the dealership. Late Thurs morning, when we hadn't heard back from anyone, my husband phoned the dealership and was told the sales manager would be contacting him. In the afternoon, when we still hadn't heard back, my husband called back and was told by reception, that the sales manager said not to come in, and to wait for the salesperson who would be back in on Fri. Late Fri morning- still no word on the vehicle. After numerous phone calls to the dealership, my husband finally got ahold of our salesperson, who asked why we hadn't come into the dealership on Thurs?? We told him, we were told not to by his sales manager!. Long story short - nothing had been done to the vehicle since our visit on Wed - it had not been cleaned, no one seemed to have a clue what was going on and not one person called us back. All communication was initiated by my husband. Needless to say, on Fri, we asked for our deposit back, and the dealership lost a $31,000 sale. We drove straight to Ontario Hyundai where within the hour, we purchased a vehicle, with the best customer service ever. The one star is for Michelle the receptionist who took our calls and tried her best to have someone phone us back. More
