Nick Mohr was exceptional is answering my various questions and guiding me along the process. He went above and beyond to make my experience easy and painless. He educated me when necessary and offered his own advice as well - also came across as unbiased which was refreshing. He didn't try to up sell me on anything and showed me only those vehicles that fit my need and budget. He explained the pros and cons of various features and helped me understand what was important and what was likely a waste of time and money. There was no pressure to buy and he was extremely responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I visited several various Toyota and Honda dealerships and none were quite as complete in its customer service and Nick and his colleagues deserve a lot of credit for this. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and accommodating. I'm pretty picky and hard to please so its nice to find a place that understands customer service makes a difference. More
