Great to see Frank in the showroom also as he helped my parents close to 35 years ago. Nik's assistance was greatly appreciated demonstrating what the car was capable of, what it did to satisfy my needs and along with that a great price with some great additions to it. Picked up the day we wanted it, walked us through what was important, set up the phone with a quick visit to the service center to take care of the tires for storage. All in all, for our first Honda experience, legendary. About the car, what sold us on it was the CVT transmission, best out in the market, the same as my Outback and knowing that our gas mileage is simply awesome...first tank of gas, 8.3L/100km, on our 2nd one and we are at 8.1L/100km...combined city and hwy. On our trip to Peterborough, 6.9L/100km at 10km over the speed limit...what else can a car owner ask for, a great vehicle with great gas efficiency. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was initially disappointed to have nik inform me that there was damage on the car that had not been noticed until that day. After reviewing all my options and going over pricing I made the decision to purchase a brand new 2016 Civic. Since I had to wait for my new car to arrive at the dealership Nik ensured that I had a rental car to use for the week since I live and work in London. I was very appreciative of Nik's honesty in letting me know of the damage to the car I was originally going to be purchasing. He was very helpful in providing me with all solutions around this problem. He was also extremely helpful when figuring out pricing. He figured out a payment plan that made the bi-weekly payments comparable to the payments that I was anticipating for the used car. Despite the problems I came across when purchasing a car, I had a great experience overall. Nik was very accommodating and honest, I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

First new car buyer. This was my very first new car that I had purchased on my own and I was very nervous about the car buying process. I had been to clarington Honda prior and the service was okay however I found the sales lady extremely pushy and pressuring me to make decisions . This was my the case when I went to Whitby Oshawa and got Nik Chinell To help me .
