Overwhelming self interest! Having driven Mercedes models for thirty years I entertained the idea of a switch. Important of course was the trade in value. At nine years old, though low mileage and in excellent shape, the trade in appeared to be only $3000 to $4000, till arriving at Whitby Honda. The best they would offer was $500. That sort of offer only put me on edge. I said nothing but it left me seriously questioning their other decisions like warranty trustworthiness, service and parts costs... Buying a car is buying into a relationship, this is a partner I want to keep a distance from. My first new car! I had a great experience at this dealer. I was having a lot of issues with my old car (I used to drive a 1996 Ford Bronco) and it was literally fallin I had a great experience at this dealer. I was having a lot of issues with my old car (I used to drive a 1996 Ford Bronco) and it was literally falling apart. I needed something economical and reliable to handle my commute to work/city driving. I found a GREAT vehicle that not only looks pretty, but met all my requirements (the Honda CR-Z). Jason was extremely helpful - he understood why I needed a new vehicle and made sure that I was purchasing one that met all my criteria. He let me take it out for a drive, taught me how to use it and answered all of my silly questions. He knew I was in a hurry to get a car ASAP - it only took this dealership TWO DAYS before I had the keys in my hand! I also can't forget to mention that I got my car for an EXTREMELY affordable price. It was actually quite cheap (and quite the deal, according to my dad). It was a wonderful, pleasant experience buying a car for the first time. More
