Honesty and integrity. A few months ago we began the daunting process of finding the right vehicle to lease or buy from a short list of five SUV's. After visiting Whitby Hon A few months ago we began the daunting process of finding the right vehicle to lease or buy from a short list of five SUV's. After visiting Whitby Honda and another dealership, our list was narrowed down to two vehicles. Both vehicles had similar qualities, though each had features that we liked more than the other. It became a difficult decision and we visited each of the two dealerships a couple of times and test drove each vehicle more than once to help us clarify what was most important to us. Both sales people at the two dealers were very good and easy to get along with, but Adam Rumball at Honda stood out. Adam clearly loved his job and appeared genuinely interested in our unique needs surrounding the new vehicle we were looking for. On one of our trips to the competing dealership, we told the sales person we had narrowed our search down to their vehicle and the Honda CRV. The sales person outlined all of the things that made their vehicle superior to the Honda and illustrated at length all of the thing we will not like about the Honda CRV. This is not an unusual sales tactic, and understood that they were simply trying to help us make a decision that suited our needs. Then we returned to Honda for another test drive and spoke to Adam. We mentioned that we were also considering the competing vehicle. What he said spoke volumes about his honesty and integrity as a sales person - "That is an excellent vehicle, and I think you would be very happy if you chose that one.". He then took us out for another test drive and we spoke some more about the features that the Honda CRV had in comparison to the other vehicle. Through the entire conversation, he never once slighted the competition - he simply answered the questions we had relating to the differences. That evening, my wife and I discussed both vehicles and agreed that we really liked them both, but it was Adam that we wanted to continue working with. We are glad we did. More

First new car I came in to whitby Honda looking to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. I couldn't be happier with the way things worked out. Not only was I given great customer service but they also helped me surprise her with the purchase. Mike made the whole experience easy for me by making me feel comfortable with the purchase and the process itself. Kyle (financing) even helped me track down online versions of past pay stubs when I forgot mine to avoid having to drive home. Top marks for both guys!!! More

Mike Jenkins was great: patient, knowledgeable, and honest. He spent a lot of time showing us the large, updated inventory and searching through it. He definitely wanted to find me the car I wanted. And despite a couple of speed bumps, and a delay with body work (which I was fine with, if it resulted in a properly finished vehicle. Which it did), I’m more than happy and satisfied with the customer service of Jenkins and the other employees I dealt with, in Financing and Reception. Mike, obviously ill, and at home on a sick day, still called me the morning of the delay to ensure I had gotten the voicemail from the dealership. Once he started working for me (which is what he did for me), I had no doubt that he was working as hard as he could, which in my judgement makes him a great employee. No regrets over driving the extra 20 km to Whitby and dealing with Whitby Oshawa Honda or Mike. ps, sorry it took a couple weeks to post this Mike, I told you you were awesome and I'd post a review, so thanks for everything. Matt swooped in and saved the day, he heard my description of what was wrong, he knew exactly what to order, and followed up with me promptly when the part came in for my car [with out me needing to leave my car at the dealership at all]. He saved me a ton of inconvenience and time that I simply didn't have that day. It was such an incredible customer service experience that has again, solidified my loyalties to this dealership and its dependable and knowledgeable staff. Matt is a superb example of customer service and really knows how to get a job done efficiently. Thank you Matt, for all of your help!! More
