Poor customer service If I could have put 0 I would have. Recently purchased a used 2011 Mini Cooper S from them. Where to begin. We had done a lot of shopping around for our recent purchase and had made a decision to purchase locally and through what we thought was a reputable dealership. Well buyer beware....... Whitby Oshawa Honda is not at all reputable there are just another almost curbside dealer who will take your money and send you walking. Upon arriving for the test drive John Baird greeted us and my husband went for a short test drive around the building noticing a shake in the steering. Of which they addressed BTW struts were required. Shayne knew the AC worked radio etc.... But on the obvious he doesn't walk around with CD's in his pocket even though he's a huge music guy, to try the CD player. So stating they would fix the shake (struts) and do the safety we agreed to purchase the Mini. We took delivery the following week from a young lady who is less than professional with her delivery process. She signed a few pieces of paper with us walked my husband out handed him the keys and said thank you. Now I forgot to mention I work in a fellow Dealership up the street and was appalled as to the delivery. No sitting in the car no short explanation of how things work, no pairing of the phone......nothing. Now, the next day!!!!!!! We moved the car to notice a huge oil leak from under the car so my husband jacked it up and found it to be an oil drain plug gasket. He then proceeded to input a CD to listen to some tunes as he washed the just picked up vehicle from the dealership which was pretyy much spit on and wiped. Low and behold it doesn't work then we discover there is a piece missing from the back which hides the wires in the trunk. So I proceed to email and call leaving messages about the issues. John calls back and says he would get the service team to look at this issue but there was not a leak when the vehicle left. The next day I left my dealership to proceed to them to go over these issues. We arrived and Voila!!! The leak on the ground in the exact spot the car was parked in the night before AT THE DEALERSHIP!! We met with Rick the sales manager and Mike from service who promised to take care of the issues, so we dropped of the car next morning. My husband received a call to say we fixed the oil leak but we will not touch the CD player nor replace the missing piece to cover the exposed wires. At this point I'm beyond upset and conversing with Rick is getting nowhere. Now I work for Fraser Ford in Oshawa and believe me customer service is our goal and we know what is working and not working when we sell a vehicle we don't try to hide it from the customers WE WOULD DEFINITELY Make THE Customer happy and do the right thing. Rick promised me he would talk with John Bigilow and look into the stereo and get back to me. You guessed right I heard nothing not a word from them or anyone else. I guess it's more important to get a vehicle out then customer satisfaction. You are in my books the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life and would NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN Stay away from buying used vehicles from them as they know nothing about selling them. Unprofessional service at its best!!! More

I also met Ashley and Keishauna during the purchase experience and they too were extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I am so thankful for the extra steps he took, thankfully my aftermarket warranty covers the repair. Mathew then worked with me to help me process the repair through my warranty company! A+++ More

He was professional, positive, and did everything he could to get the best deal for me on my 2016 Honda Civic. I couldn't believe how hard he worked. His customer service was above and beyond, and I would recommend him to anyone. If he still lived in Edmonton, I would definitely return to him next time I needed a car. More
Worst Customer Service Experience I went to this dealership today at 6:45pm to purchase a car (with my wife and 2 daughters who are 3 years old and 10 months(infant)). I was told to wait ten minutes for a sales rep Colin McMaster. Spoke with reception again after waitin 20-30 mins and they said to wait another 5 mins. I waited till 7:45pm for a sales rep to provide assistance but no one bother to provide any help. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I guess you have to be “caucasian origin” in order to get service at Whitby Oshawa Honda. The crazy part is that I currently drive 2014 Honda Accord. I guess being loyal does not matter at all. More
