I think as credit or financial analyst he does evaluate records properly. Now that my credit report was submitted with Honda I have no chance to go to any other Honda and shop around for better interest deal because already my application was declined by Honda for leasing a car with prime interest rate which is %0.99. Disappointed I'm happy with the vehicle I have leased but this dealership's customer service has a lot to be desired. They took my car for a trade in but neglecte I'm happy with the vehicle I have leased but this dealership's customer service has a lot to be desired. They took my car for a trade in but neglected to pay the balance of the lease which resulted in a couple of double payments. They told me they would reimburse me for one of the payments but I have yet to see a cheque from them. Also left numerous messages on voicemail at their Service Department regarding winter tires. Still haven't received a call back. I took my winter tire business to another Honda dealership and will likely take my servicing needs to the same one. More
