Not bad but not awesome First off I went in to look at a used car on there lot(Chrysler 300) noticed a dent in rear wheel well, and took it for a ride with my dad, and sale First off I went in to look at a used car on there lot(Chrysler 300) noticed a dent in rear wheel well, and took it for a ride with my dad, and sales rep had to come? Anyways we get back after the drive, and I start to ask questions, the sales rep could not answer our questions herself and had to go ask someone in another room, we went back in forth with offers and came to a final price, they never fixed the dent, and they didnt really want to drop the price either . We settled on a price. I came back to pick it up, she was busy with a client I waited and waited, then she handed me off to another sales rep to finish all paperwork and to take balance owing. He was awesome . I received notification that a recall needed to be done, I called them back and they said dodge would be the only ones to know if it's done or not! ??? They should have known if it was done or not. Then a short while later , I get an email from my sales rep asking for a review from me. And in the email she couldn't even get my name right. My name is Dave, not Dennis.!!! Hi Dennis, Congratulations again on your recent purchase of your Chrysler 300. As mentioned I would love a review from you. I will link to this down below! All I need is 5 stars and my name mentioned and anything you'd like to share about your experience here :) So she will only get a 3 star rating. Friendly but no knowledge of the car she sold, she had to go ask someone else about it. (Why not just let me talk to the person she was talking to to find out about the car!!! ) If your going to sell someone a car used or new, make sure you know as much as possible before selling it!!!
