I felt I got a great trade-in price and love my newer, low mileage, lightly used CRV. The only extra I was interested in was a sanitizing /cleaning service for $150 which was well worth it. The car smelled wonderful and positively gleamed when I picked it up. John Baird was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. I realized late Sat. night that I had forgotten my transponder in my trade-in so I sent an e-mail Sunday morning not expecting a reply till the next day at the earliest. But I received a reply literally within minutes on Sunday and John sorted it out on Monday. More

We just recently purchased and picked up a new 2019 Honda pilot from John B at Whitby Oshawa Honda. The sales experience far exceeded my expectations. I was browsing their website and asked for sales representative and got connected with John. He gave me an opportunity to drive the CR-V and the Pilot with my family. I then decided on the pilot but wanted to drive the vehicle on my own without the family so, John took the time to take me out and explain all the safety features and the different purchasing options available. John, then gave me the lease, finance and cash purchase price with no pressure to purchase. I took the numbers and went home to discuss the options with my husband. I had expected a call from John or his sales manager pressuring me to come back in but instead i got a follow up call that said thanks for coming in and driving the pilot take your time to make your decision. My husband and i spoke it over. We went back to talk to John a little more about the numbers and the following Saturday I was driving home in my new car.
