Service and Quotes are misleading I had a warranty issue with Honda Canada they sent me to Wheaton Honda where they diagnosed (at my cost) the issue and said it was related to the warr I had a warranty issue with Honda Canada they sent me to Wheaton Honda where they diagnosed (at my cost) the issue and said it was related to the warranty issue. Honda Canada contacted me to quote my cost and the repair we needed I agreed. When I tried to book an appointment to have the work done I was told that the diagnosis was incorrect and I needed another one and they would not do the work. Essentially once they knew we would pay and Honda Canada would foot some of the bill they wanted to add more to the quote to get more money. Yeap the Service manager was belligerent and rude and actually hung up in my face. So if you go for service they will quote you what needs to be done then say they need to diagnose again - does not leave a lot of faith in the service they provide when they can't even stand behind their own diagnosis! More

Incomplete service done Took our Honda Pilot in for Airbag recall and oil change. horn fuse not reinstalled and worse yet, the fuse box cover was left laying upside down on Took our Honda Pilot in for Airbag recall and oil change. horn fuse not reinstalled and worse yet, the fuse box cover was left laying upside down on top of the fuses with the missing one in it. This could have easily fallen off on moving parts and caused damage let alone the fact that I had an inoperable horn for 6 days! I am left wondering if the oil change was done, and if in fact the airbag recall had been completed. I would not trust this dealer service dept with my Honda. More

And his answer was not even the answer for my question. He'd given us the prices of rims. Because maybe were asians he thought to give us the prices right away. He might have this mind set that we can't afford it. Such a racist individual. We'd like going to Honda wheaton because our past visits were pleasant. We were always treated very nicely and customer services were always excellent, not until today. If you have a certain personal opinion on something don't bring it with you at work. Leave it to yourself because when you're working you're not only representing yourself but you are representing the company as well. What just this person did was a dishonor to this car company's name. More

Not satisfied with diagnose. This service centre just finished the recommended service on my 2012 Honda odyssey. Breaks were inspected at that time. I came to know when I drove to BC that at highway speed while braking, my van's steering wheel start shaking. I drove to Calgary before service it was OK. I brought my van back to dealership to address the problem this week . They charge me $139 + tax+ shop supplies to machine the front rotter. How come rotters need to be machined at 40,000 kms. while these rotters were inspected just 2 months ago. It could be one of the reason, uneven torquing of the wheels during recommended service. I am completely unsatisfied with this diagnose. I have extended warranty till 2019. they said its not covered. More

Efficient and timely Since I bought my CR-V several years ago, this is the only place that I get it serviced because the staff knows what they doing. I trust their training and they are upfront with me with every service, not trying to sell me a service that I do not need nor requested. They get the job done fast and provide a lot of courtesy service too, like courtesy shuttles or vehicles if my car is kept over night. The shuttle guys are great and friendly. The waiting area is neat and comfortable with coffee and donuts provided to waiting customers. They added a loyalty rewards program which helped me save some $$. The service manager, Yeap, knows his business and runs a great shop. It's the best place in town to get a Honda and servicing. A bit pricey for some services, but you get what you pay for. More
