Great customer service! I didn't have an appointment scheduled but Rick Anderson provided an intermediate service (B1) on my Odyssey van at express service, within the time p I didn't have an appointment scheduled but Rick Anderson provided an intermediate service (B1) on my Odyssey van at express service, within the time promised. I needed a ride from the dealership and return after my van had been serviced. On pickup, I missed the phione call from the shuttle driver, Ken. Even though I know that Ken was pressed for time he took the time to have me paged so I could get the shuttle for my return trip to Wheaton Honda. When I went to the cashier desk, Linda was very helpful in letting me take advantage of some loyalty points I had and providing me with information about the service completed. I was able to pick up my vehicle and drive to pick up my daughter from school right on time. Thanks for providing the vehicle service I required and the great customer service! More
Lost and Useless I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an h I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an hour. Six hours later I called again. The earliest I could get my car repaired (undriveable) was five days later, 9 am appointment. I dropped car off at 7:15 am, put keys in drop box, called service desk at 8:30 to double check. I came to pick the car up only to find they hadn't touched it, what a complete gong show of incompetence. Never had this trouble with former ownership. The purchase experience we had for the 3 Hondas bought at this store (thru Dan) was great..but this idiocy leaves me so angry I'll never spend a cent at Wheaton Honda again. FIVE times in succession the ball got dropped. That isn't an accident, that's an attitude that'll hurt the business. More

These guys are amazing. I am a first time car owner, and bought my older Honda off of Kijiji. When I brought it in to Wheaton Honda for the first time, they were incredibly patient in describing to me the r bought my older Honda off of Kijiji. When I brought it in to Wheaton Honda for the first time, they were incredibly patient in describing to me the repairs needed. Since then, more than once, they have told me that my car would be ready the next day, and then have surprised me with a call just a few hours later saying I could pick it up. They never try to push more expensive parts on me, instead offering the generic brand option first. Each time after I get it repaired and go to pay, the ladies at the desk are always the nicest people ever. Whenever I tell people about my experience going to Wheaton Honda, I say that I hate paying for repairs, but I love going and having the best service. I really value being able to trust the people working there, and Wheaton Honda has my complete trust to not overcharge or tell me things need to be repaired when they don't (being a female in my young twenties I'm sure some places do try that). I will always take my car there! Thanks guys :) More

Prior to my service visit to Wheaton Honda, I booked my appointment and ordered the required parts through Rick Kana, who is very efficient and professional, on the phone, and wastes no time getting you to appointment and ordered the required parts through Rick Kana, who is very efficient and professional, on the phone, and wastes no time getting you to the next level of service. when I brought the vehicle in for the maintenance, I dealt with Avery Yeung, who is a very friendly and, also, professional employee. The overall repair went well, with great quality of work and I would definitely recommend Wheaton Honda to all my fellow Honda drivers. The overall price was also reasonable. GREAT JOB! More
I've typically had bad experiences with most Dealer service centers; costs way more than anticipated, addtional problems are suddenely 'discovered', etc and have always left feeling screwed. As a result have always used my 'own' mechanic (more trustworthy, gives honest, unbiased opinion and service and agareg that looks like xxxxx in the wall). However as my Honda required specialised work I took it my local Honda dealer - was pleasantly suprised by the efficiency with which my problem was diagnosed, what HAD to be done and what could be left for another time and the phone updates I was given thorughout the whole process. More

they knew the problem with car and instead of it being a quick fix they checked every thing eles and gave me a big bill....plus charge me a one hour labor to change one sparkplug.......its a 130/hour...and quick fix they checked every thing eles and gave me a big bill....plus charge me a one hour labor to change one sparkplug.......its a 130/hour...and 2.3 to change 6 spark plugs...it took me 50mins More
