From the moment I received an email from Brandon, I wasn't sure if I should even call him since I just bought a brand new 2013 Honda CRV last year. We wanted a small SUV that was easy on gas and safe. We do lots of research and narrowed it down based on Consumer Reports, other reviews, and test drives. We further narrowed it to the CR-V or Subaru Forrester and ultimately decided we liked the fit and finish on the Honda product better, and we hear lots of good things about the longevity--and we do tend to keep our vehicles. We are AMA members so used UNHAGGLE and I was a little concerned that the salesman might be annoyed by the whole thing, but I was wrong--the whole deal went rather smoothly and we felt very happy with the deal we made. James in Finance, was informative and helpful without seeming pushy,which we appreciate. The only reason I didn't give a 5/GREAT for quality of work is that the CR-V bundle 1 (all season mats and cargo tray) had been forgotten, so we will need to make a trip back for them tomorrow. Other than that, I think we'll be very happy with our new vehicle, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our salesman or the dealership. More

I never felt any pressure at any time. staff recognized that I might have some knowledge, and listened to what I wanted. I had been to many dealerships in the weeks prior to finally going to Wheaton Honda. I had not only been to every Honda dealership in the Edmonton area, I had also been to probably every automobile manufacturer that had a store. None had been so friendly and helpful and welcoming as the people I mentioned here. I probably talked to Brandon with 20 emails, before I came into the store. He never pressured me for my number, last name, anything. He answered my questions and told me when he would be available. I knew before walking in the door what kind of person he is. No "greasy car salesman" here. Good guy. And James in finance presented our options in a straightforward manner. He never tried to push anything on us. Just talked to us and respected that I might have some knowledge. More of a conversation than a sales pitch. Very comfortable. And Ray in delivery. Enthusiasm must be his middle name. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained things clearly, and offered his assistance at any time if I had any questions. Everyone at Wheaton Honda was professional, respectful and friendly. I will surely tell my friends, family and co-workers to stop here first when looking for a vehicle. I have nothing bad to say about this whole experience. Keep up the good work!! More

As with any car purchase, haggling over the price was stressful and I did not like the "hidden fees" added on after we reached a deal. For example, the block heater. I was told that looking at prices on-line would be higher as they charge for block heaters. When building our vehicle on-line, I was told to NOT add the block heater as this is a standard item for every vehicle. At the end, the cost was added on. Same with wheel locks. I will know better next time! More

I made the car purchase over the internet and can say the car was exactly as described. I flew into Edmonton to pick up the car and it was detailed and prepared for a for my 2,000km return trip. Altaz made sure everything in the deal was included and provided for a positive interaction when we finally met in person. I am very satisfied with the final results. The team demonstrated their integrity when it would have been easy to walk away from the deal. I would use the sales team again and can say it was refreshing to work with a group of sales staff that demonstrated their integrity with hard work and 'walking the talk'. I believe regardless of being a local or a internet buyer you will find a positive interaction with the organization. Even better is knowing if the deal hits some bumps be assured that they will work to make you a satisfied and a happy customer. More
