These guys are amazing. I am a first time car owner, and bought my older Honda off of Kijiji. When I brought it in to Wheaton Honda for the first time, they were incredibly patient in describing to me the r bought my older Honda off of Kijiji. When I brought it in to Wheaton Honda for the first time, they were incredibly patient in describing to me the repairs needed. Since then, more than once, they have told me that my car would be ready the next day, and then have surprised me with a call just a few hours later saying I could pick it up. They never try to push more expensive parts on me, instead offering the generic brand option first. Each time after I get it repaired and go to pay, the ladies at the desk are always the nicest people ever. Whenever I tell people about my experience going to Wheaton Honda, I say that I hate paying for repairs, but I love going and having the best service. I really value being able to trust the people working there, and Wheaton Honda has my complete trust to not overcharge or tell me things need to be repaired when they don't (being a female in my young twenties I'm sure some places do try that). I will always take my car there! Thanks guys :) More

Gage was very good and always willing to help even on days off. I would recommended him to all my friends without a second thought. From the moment I received an email from Brandon, I wasn't sure if I should even call him since I just bought a brand new 2013 Honda CRV last year. We wanted a small SUV that was easy on gas and safe. We do lots of research and narrowed it down based on Consumer Reports, other reviews, and test drives. We further narrowed it to the CR-V or Subaru Forrester and ultimately decided we liked the fit and finish on the Honda product better, and we hear lots of good things about the longevity--and we do tend to keep our vehicles. We are AMA members so used UNHAGGLE and I was a little concerned that the salesman might be annoyed by the whole thing, but I was wrong--the whole deal went rather smoothly and we felt very happy with the deal we made. James in Finance, was informative and helpful without seeming pushy,which we appreciate. The only reason I didn't give a 5/GREAT for quality of work is that the CR-V bundle 1 (all season mats and cargo tray) had been forgotten, so we will need to make a trip back for them tomorrow. Other than that, I think we'll be very happy with our new vehicle, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our salesman or the dealership. More

I never felt any pressure at any time. staff recognized that I might have some knowledge, and listened to what I wanted. I had been to many dealerships in the weeks prior to finally going to Wheaton Honda. I had not only been to every Honda dealership in the Edmonton area, I had also been to probably every automobile manufacturer that had a store. None had been so friendly and helpful and welcoming as the people I mentioned here. I probably talked to Brandon with 20 emails, before I came into the store. He never pressured me for my number, last name, anything. He answered my questions and told me when he would be available. I knew before walking in the door what kind of person he is. No "greasy car salesman" here. Good guy. And James in finance presented our options in a straightforward manner. He never tried to push anything on us. Just talked to us and respected that I might have some knowledge. More of a conversation than a sales pitch. Very comfortable. And Ray in delivery. Enthusiasm must be his middle name. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained things clearly, and offered his assistance at any time if I had any questions. Everyone at Wheaton Honda was professional, respectful and friendly. I will surely tell my friends, family and co-workers to stop here first when looking for a vehicle. I have nothing bad to say about this whole experience. Keep up the good work!! More
