Quick and convenient acces to test drive the uinit. We noticed minor defects and he was able to have them rectified expediently and expertly by their "lot man". When it came to negotiating we found him to be fair and not high pressure. There were concessions made to get us in to the driver seat. At the end of the day we were happy with the value and quality of the purchase. The single most important detail came up after we owned the vehicle for 3 to 4 days and we noticed a crack in a rear tail light unit. I felt Aaron and the dealer stepped up and replaced the unit even though one could suggest we had already taken ownership of the product and the replacement could have been to our account. I view that as above and beyond. At this time we are enjoying our purchase and look forward to an ongoing good relationship with this dealer on service and future purchases. More
Lost and Useless I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an h I tried to book a service appointment online twice, unsuccessfully. Called after three days and was told they'd get back to me to schedule within an hour. Six hours later I called again. The earliest I could get my car repaired (undriveable) was five days later, 9 am appointment. I dropped car off at 7:15 am, put keys in drop box, called service desk at 8:30 to double check. I came to pick the car up only to find they hadn't touched it, what a complete gong show of incompetence. Never had this trouble with former ownership. The purchase experience we had for the 3 Hondas bought at this store (thru Dan) was great..but this idiocy leaves me so angry I'll never spend a cent at Wheaton Honda again. FIVE times in succession the ball got dropped. That isn't an accident, that's an attitude that'll hurt the business. More

As soon as I talked to Brandon, I had such a good feeling And the good feelings just continued. Even though this dealership was a 2 hour round trip away from my house, it was so worth the drive. It on,y took 2 days for them to find my dream car and get all the finances worked out. It was such an easy and comfortable experience! Please check them out! More

Had a mishap during the test drive and felt that I was pressured into purchasing the vehicle, basically had to buy the car or pay a $5000 bill and walk away. Did not sign any waiver before the road test pressured into purchasing the vehicle, basically had to buy the car or pay a $5000 bill and walk away. Did not sign any waiver before the road test of have it expalined that this would be the case in the event of a mishap. In hind sight this really shows a dealer that did nothing to protect its cutomers and a total lack of professionalism. I will definitly not be telling people where I bought the car and will not be dealing with them again. The $60 gift carsd for my "first oil change" will at least make a nice windshield scraper. More

After receiving a reply from Dan doing much research I decided that I wanted to buy a Honda CRV. I sent an e-mail to Wheaton to open the discussion. After receiving a reply from Daniel Macyk I knew that I found the right person to deal with. He didn't waste my time by throwing out a high price to see if I would bite. He got to a fair price right away which was much better than what the competitor offered. He made the whole buying process easy and straight forward. Recently when I needed to replace our Honda Civic which is our second vehicle I contacted Daniel directly and again we came to an agreement with very little hassle.
