The WORST Service EVER!! I've been bringing my 2011 Civic to Wheaton Honda for service ever since I bought it 2 years ago-- I will NEVER go back again, EVER!!! I had a sqweel I've been bringing my 2011 Civic to Wheaton Honda for service ever since I bought it 2 years ago-- I will NEVER go back again, EVER!!! I had a sqweeling sound coming from my engine which I told them I thought might be the belt. Meaghan, the Service Advisor advised me that the sound sounded like the brakes, not the engine and that if there was another sound then we were dealing with 2 seperate issues. After the mechanic looked at the car Meagan advised that both my front and back brakes needed replaced, and that they didn't hear any sound other than the breaks, but that they checked the belt and it was in good condition. 2 days later I took my car to Tire Warehouse (on 99thSt) and within minutes they told me that the sound wasn't just my brakes. It turns our it was a belt tension pulley that needed replaced. I DO NOT understand how a HONDA mechanic can look at a HONDA and not see the issue (even though I directed them to the right area), yet a private mechanic diagnosed the issue within minutes! When I asked Meaghan she advised that they didn't look at the belt tensioner, they just checked the belt itself. ALSO, turns out that ONLY my front brakes needed repleced while my back brakes were in good condition (Meaghan told me I needed all 4 replaced!). Meaghan was NOT pleasent to deal with and kept treating me like I had no idea what I was talking about/was dumb. I was NOT impressed by her attitude from start to finish. This is VERY typical of the service I've recieved to date at Wheaton Honda. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. I will never return, even for FREE service. More

Wheaton Honda - Best Place to get a sweet ride! I had a wonderful experience at Wheaton Honda. Brandon was very efficient in terms of setting up all the logistics of purchasing myself a new vehicle. No Pressure Sales I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Wheaton Honda for the past 10 years, So when it came time to look at a new vehicle, of course I decided to I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Wheaton Honda for the past 10 years, So when it came time to look at a new vehicle, of course I decided to look there first. Wayne greeted me when I walked in to the show room and right away I felt comfortable. Wayne doesn't come across as a stereotypical car salesman, but more like a friendly neighbour offering advice. We talked about what I was looking for in a new vehicle and why, discussed a few options and went for a test drive. Over the next few weeks I continued to look elsewhere for other new vehicle options but I did not come across any sales people who were as comfortable or easy to deal with as Wayne. Ultimately I did decide to purchase my new vehicle at Wheaton Honda and the attitude and service offered by Wayne and his colleagues were a big part of that decision. I will certainly encourage my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle to consider shopping at Wheaton Honda. More

We were approached by Brandon, very friendly and personable. I have bee in the car business for 10 yrs. and Brandon was very easy to deal with. My Daughter found a vehicle and I think got a great deal on her trade... My wife and I were so impressed with Brandon and the deal our Daughter got, we decided to look at a New Honda Civic for our self. He made us a great deal and we also bought a 2014 Honda Civic.... Finance was Great too. When we went to pick up our new car, Tony was Great very nice and went over everything... I would recommend Wheaten Honda to anyone who is looking for a New Car. More

We worked out all the details before I drove from PG. Reg had the car ready in the showroom bay when I arrived all ready to look at and take for a test drive. The van was ready to go with a full tank of gas, nicely detailed with vehicle history and inspection report. Reg took care of the license plate switchover and the finance and other staff were moire than helpful even after the papers were signed. Top recommendation, keep up the good work! More

I needed a ride from the dealership and return after my van had been serviced. On pickup, I missed the phione call from the shuttle driver, Ken. Even though I know that Ken was pressed for time he took the time to have me paged so I could get the shuttle for my return trip to Wheaton Honda. When I went to the cashier desk, Linda was very helpful in letting me take advantage of some loyalty points I had and providing me with information about the service completed. I was able to pick up my vehicle and drive to pick up my daughter from school right on time. Thanks for providing the vehicle service I required and the great customer service! More
