Honest and Customer Focused Wheaton Honda did a very short turnaround deal for us. Within 24 hours we were able to negotiate our deal, received an excellent interest rate and a drove away with our new car. The service was great and staff stayed quite late to help us out and get us on the road. We were very happy with the straightforward honesty of the sales, delivery, and finance staff. Sales - made negotiation and arrangements seamless and easy. Delivery - walked through the features of the new car in detail, helped to set up the phones, and made sure we were comfortable with the car before leaving. Finance - stayed to help us out, gave the facts and comparisons we needed to make the right decisions. Overall, a great hassle-free experience, did not feel pressured to do anything and were given all the information we needed along the way. Thanks for the amazing experience : ) More

Zero Integrity Horrible horrible customer service. Zero integrity. My car somehow passed their inspection with FLYING COLORS, and yet I've been in every month with a Horrible horrible customer service. Zero integrity. Overall Disappointed Never have our warranty information on file. Havent been able fix our noise problem even after three mechanics have looked at it. I am seriously wondering if they dont want to find it. Their shuttle service wont take my pregnant wife home, we live in St Albert and according to them they only will drop off people if they live south of Jasper Ave. Jeez you spend that kind of money you figure they can at least drive you home. Kingsway Toyota is miles ahead with their customer service. I did like the sales manager though. More

Love My Car, Could Have Better Service Although I love my new car, I would have liked a salesperson who was more aware and knowledgeable, instead of having to go to his manager for almost e Although I love my new car, I would have liked a salesperson who was more aware and knowledgeable, instead of having to go to his manager for almost every question or concern we had. I also found that he was a bit unprofessional in some of the "jokes" he was making. The finance department was very good though, although we did agree on a certain rate, and then maybe 5-10 minutes after leaving they called to say that it had to be changed. Would have liked all information to have been correctly stated at the beginning. Management was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgable, friendly and cooperative. More
