My experiences were so awful that it dropped my credit almost 200pts, left me crying in the showroom on more than 5 occasions, spent 6weeks pushing me into cars that would not approve, they legally stole my car on a trade in, the list honestly goes on forever! In April, I had gotten in a serious accident where my car was totalled off, and I was so devastated losing the car I had, I didn't want to go through all of the process again! Searching for a couple weeks I found a car on a lot in Edmonton, called them up, and in 2 days!!!! I already have a vehicle, of MY own choosing! Way better terms, EXCEPTIONAL service (over the phone back and forth I will add), my calls get answered immediately with actual answers... I have never been so impressed with a dealership Ever! Even with being in different locations, they are diligently working to get me in the car, going to vast lengths to make this work! Thank you's dont seem to be enough, but THANK YOU to Reg and Brian for absolutely everything!!! I will make sure I send people All the way over there for you! More

With everything one hears about the aggressiveness and dishonesty of the average car salesperson, I recently embarked on the search for my first car. With everything one hears about the aggressiveness and dishonesty of the average car salesperson, I went into this expecting it to be a somewhat stressful experience where I would have to fight tooth and nail to ensure I wasn't getting ripped off. This was indeed the case at several dealerships that I talked to; most of them would repeatedly try to bait me into playing their own game by avoiding my questions and generally attempting to mask any information about the numbers. My experience at Wheaton Honda, however, was dramatically different. The salesperson I dealt with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated and straightforward with me from the very beginning. He was very quick to provide thorough and honest answers to all my questions throughout the entire process (even during times when I knew he wasn't at work!). Upon expressing my intent to buy, I was immediately given an offer which I knew was fair; it was competitive with or better than any offers which I had to fight with other dealerships to get. I never once felt like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes or like I was being pressured into something that I wasn't sure about. At my request, they even threw in an extra accessory for me free of charge, AFTER I'd already signed the paperwork and put my deposit down. This made me feel really valued as a customer! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thanks Cam, for helping to make my first car purchase such a pleasure! More

Great sales Pitch lousy after sales support So we went in to the dealer around 10am throughly intending to buy a CR-V The sales guy (named Wayne) was professional concise didn't waste words and So we went in to the dealer around 10am throughly intending to buy a CR-V The sales guy (named Wayne) was professional concise didn't waste words and answered all our questions with no problems. Test drive was great. Initial paperwork and stuff also good...HOWEVER, once we got to the financing part of the deal the communications collapsed it took US phoning them near the end of business to find out we were approved. That meant it was the next day before we could do the deposit and order the extra packages. Then it took US phoning them after two days to find out where our car was. Then we were told another two days before we could get it. Car was fine, initial sales was great we really liked him, financing and delivery very sloppy and unprofessional.... Question at bottom of this page asks how long should it take to buy a car. I should have ALL the paper work in my possession in less than 2 hours once i decide to buy and delivery of the car within 36 REGARDLESS of day of the week purchase is made. More

I was buying my first brand new vehicle and wasn't sure if I would get approved. Brandon and the finance team were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the best deal they could. I was approved in 3 days over the Easter long weekend! I love my 2015 CRV! They followed up with a phone call the day after I drove off the lot to ensure I was satisfied and in case I had any questions. They had already answered all of the questions I had! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda or a second hand vehicle, as they have quite a selection of those as well. More

I will not recommend family or Friend.Think twice before you sign on the Vehicle Bill of sale( That is not final Sale Bill I guess) , That money is not refundable and they will not explain all the terms before you sign. I am new when it comes to purchasing a car , I paid Large partial payment with visa credit card and signed on Vehicle Bill of Sale , I was not aware of that this will be a non refundable deposit and Final Document to sign. Next day I called the sales rep to cancel my car and for the refund , they were not helpful and he started talking about not refundable money and the paper I signed, but he never tried to convince me and didn't cared my concerns ,I talked to big heads through emails and phone , They are not helpful and wont care about you. I have no choice now because they have my deposit and forcefully buying a car in their showroom. I am not a happy customer at all when purchasing a car with them. I will not recommend anyone to this branch. More
