Repair Never go back there again unless I dont have a choice. It was a rip off. Labor cost is extremely high, you can ask a small shop for half price. Had a very good experience dealing with Westwood Honda. Wes was very professional and when we told him we couldn't make it to the dealership in Port Moody until the weekend, he went out of his wa Honda. The no haggle process made the decision to buy, pretty straight forward. Closing the deal with Karen in finance and the ICBC fellow at the dealership made the one stop shop, a positive experience overall. When we had a minor issue with our second key after taking the car home, Wes and the dealership took care of it at no further expense. Buying used cars from a dealer has come a long way. Refused to change an exterior light bulb still under warranty. Sales person explained that exterior lights are not covered, however exterior lights are covered according to the print out from them. worst car buying experience bought a used electric car, the only reason they got my business is i had specific car and they had only one in lower mainland available. salesperson bought a used electric car, the only reason they got my business is i had specific car and they had only one in lower mainland available. salesperson Jenny very uninformed, did not know anything about the car, when i came to pick up car, battery was not charged (i had made appointment when to pick up car), they have optional program you are forced to sign that Westwood Honda will provide you with full tank of gas etc and they did not delivery and wouldn't provide any discount or apology for not having fully charged car ready for me. i told them during sales process i would not entertain any extras after we made the deal, they tried 3 times during pick up to sell me extras... what don't they get., even their ICBC representative did wrong insurance and plates, i had to go to my usual representative the next day to get corrected.. This dealership cares about getting your money and nothing about customer satisfaction, never again will i deal with Westwood Honda More
