Once we met at the dealership, Cris was on time, very professional and Knowledgeable and the deal was problem free. He was very helpful showing us all of the technology that comes with this Honda, most of which was very new to us. All staff were excellent and our trade in appraisal was very fair, better than expected and considerably better than we have received at other dealers in Lethbridge. A trade-in appraisal has never left us with a smile but Shane and Westwind Honda did. If we ever need another vehicle in the future, we will be seeing Cris, Westwind Honda and all the staff again.
