I was experiencing a minor mechanical problem with one of the tires so I returned to the dealership on Wednesday, April 09, 2014 and discussed the matter with Mike Henwood, the salesperson who assosted my wife and I with the purchase. Mike immediately took me over to the service department and introduced me to Mark Miller a service representative. Mark said the service department was extremely busy and the first opening would be next week. I explained that we had plans to travel on Friday. Mark asked me to call him in the morning.
