When I decided on the Terrain he was great in helping me to set up onstar and walk me through the new to me options this vehicle came with. I financed the Terrain and Matt was great in helping me through this. Ms Ulmer ( sorry I forget your first name) gave me a tour of the building and helped me with questions I had about oil changes and aps for my phone. The overall feeling of the dealership is very friendly and helpful, you can see right away that they are there to help the public any way they can.
