Within a few minutes Morgan was in contact with me via e-mail and we set up a meeting for me to come and test drive a new Sierra. They didn't have the trim package I was looking for in stock at the time, but as soon as one came in Morgan made sure to contact me and let me know the truck I was looking for was there. Every person that I dealt with from the front desk, to the sales manager to the finance department was polite, friendly and made me feel welcome. After I purchased my new truck I was given a tour of the facility and shown where the service department was and who my service consultant would be.
