Real bad experience for a trade ins. Put down a deposit for a Rav4 prime on May 2020, until Mar 2021 no email or phone calls any MARCH I decide to text sales about my R4P. and told him we will trade in 2 c for a Rav4 prime on May 2020, until Mar 2021 no email or phone calls any MARCH I decide to text sales about my R4P. and told him we will trade in 2 car for it. And sales Lance told us we need to wait another month til APR. Suddenly Lance told us my R4P is in already to pick it up, Okay we are so happy for it and then we decided just trades in for one car not two. Now the nightware begins, sales thought we trades in 2 cars but now just one and they are not happy for it, and they said all the bad things about your trades in car have lots of issues. LIke no service history in Toyota, now a day lots of people DIY oil change is very easy , also we have do paint job for your trades in, your car have lots recall and issue that they knew about it and already worried next buyer who will buy my trades in will have lots of issues. Then they just offer me a dirt cheap amount for my trades in. HELLO!!! Lets focus my sales of the new car first! I am the customer who actully willing to pay MRSP for your car. NOW you just loss 2 sales and shame on you guys. I will never goto Westminster TOYOTA again and not recommend for all my co-workers and friends and family. More

This dealership‘a mission statement is to provide “an extraordinary purchase and service experience”, according to their website. My family’s experience was anything but. From the beginning of our experi extraordinary purchase and service experience”, according to their website. My family’s experience was anything but. From the beginning of our experience with the showroom, to the purchase of our new vehicle and then to the interactions with their service department, it has been an average to disappointing and frustrating endeavour. Our visit to the showroom was devoid of any staff greetings and offers of assistance. A new employee eventually approached us, but unfortunately was lacking the basic knowledge of any of the vehicles data and features in the showroom. Any of our questions were met with a “I’m not sure”. The sales manager, Kartik, was helpful during the purchase of the vehicle. The appointment with the financing/purchase department was not honoured and we had to wait a long time, as the finance manager forgot about it. After the purchase, we noticed there was a glitch with the vehicle’s memories seats. It turned out they didn’t work at all. We drove back to the dealership where again no one offered to help. I asked a product advisor for assistance, who after looking into the problem, advised us to return to the service department anytime Monday to Friday, and they would assist me. When I returned the following Monday, the service advisor was dismissive and unhelpful. Only after speaking with the day’s sales manager and service manager, did the experience improve. However, they were unable to diagnose or resolve the manufacturer’s issue with the memory seats that day. Thankfully, we were resourceful after reading several reviews online about this issue and solved it ourselves. When I contacted the service department later in the week, he had no recollection of me, even though he left messages on my voicemail the day prior. I notified him that we addressed the problem ourselves without their help. This dealership needs to work on improving their skills with customer service, not only during the sale of Toyota products but also after the purchase of vehicles, in their service department. I hope Mr. Geoff Butt, the general manager, reads this review and uses it as an opportunity to indeed improve training and demand extraordinary customer service from his employees. It is important that we the customer experience this extraordinary customer service and not just read about it. I will not be returning in future to this dealership. More
